Car Insurance Due Diligence

Buying car insurance policies may not be the most exciting thing that you could possibly think of; it’s not exactly something you’d want to do on a Friday night. But it is imperative, because at the heart of what you’re buying, is text. And what else do you do with text, than read it? So what when you actually do read these policies, what do you want to look for? You want to look for amounts, that’s one. And then you want to make sure that you understand, at very least, every word that’s mentioned in the headers, in the section descriptions. You’ll need to make sure that you’ve got your basics covered; definitions and concepts such as what a deductible is, and contexts such as why a deductible even exists. And that will start the whole due diligence process about how to get to a very good and appropriate decision about car insurance.
